Arjun’s eyes fixed over Chandni, he was reading her, deeply, claiming her with his devil’s eyes. And then a cab stopped in front of Chandni and she got inside,only away from his eyes, not from his world, because now it can't be possible. No one can snatch anything from him.

Chandni, inside the car. Her phone began to ring. She saw the caller ID and smiled spread all over her face. Her face lit up, she gave a toothy smile and picked up the call.

“Where are you, doctor?” Kabir asked from the opposite side. Chandni smiled while listening to him.

“Inside the cab, kabir ji” She replied, softly ,wrapped in love.

“Did you get a signature?” he asked, seriously. 

“Hmm….” She mummered, kabir blinked in relief

“Come fast. I am waiting for you outside your hospital. Then we will go inside together” He asked calmly.

“Okay” She said and cut the call, kept her phone inside her bag Chandni smiled like a fool. Even the cab driver glanced at her with shocked and confused eyes but then he turned to his work.

Arjun was reading carefully her bio data, his eyes were half closed, jaw muscles clenched, everything fine about her but at last page his jaw clenched, grip tighten on file and his eyes stuck over a word and a face 

Kabir 

Engagement 

He kept the file, safely on the table and looked at the ceiling, mind lost in her thoughts, and her engagement.

“So tomorrow is her engagement with a bastard,” he said, still looking at the ceiling. Mr. Khurana knew him very well, cleared his throat and gathered his strength to speak in front of him. He stopped forward. He could sense anger rising in his body, his neck nerves popped outside and eyes became red due to anger.

“Yes sir” He said, just above a whisper, in nervousness. Arjun nodded and sat comfortably on his chair. Looking at Mr.khurana.

Just a while ago, he seemed furious, like some one stole his most precious thing from him and he wanted to fire this world 

But now his eyes became calm, his face became normal like nothing happened. His muscles got relaxed which made Mr.khurana more nervous and afraid. That’s why no one in this world predicts Arjun. 

“Let them play in the whole movie but We will play at climax” Arjun confirmed, Mr.khurna nodded at him instantly. Arjun’s eyes landed on Chandni’s photo. She was laughing, cheering with her cousin, unknowm about the storm which will destroy her life in a beautiful way.

He spoke nothing, not a single word but his eyes said all, even which was not needed to say.

It was her engagement day.An engagement hall is a warmly decorated space, adorned with subtle elegance, soft lights, and graceful arrangements—not overly grand, yet beautifully charming, where love and celebration feel intimate and special.

Both Kabir and Chandni, wrapped in love,with a beautiful desire to live with each, protected each other and sat together in the middle of the hall, everyone gathered around them to witness these divine love story moments.

Chandni looked at Mohini ( Kabir's Mother), who was smiling at her already. She moved towards Chandni and put her hand on her head to give her blessings. 

Chandni smiled in return.Naina approached them, carrying a plate, on which both rings were placed. Decorated with rose petals. Naian seemed most excited and happy for her sister. 

She sat beside her and smiled “Jiju, aapne didi ki tarif kari ki nahi abhi tak” she asked, looking at Kabir. Kabir lowered his face in shyness and smiled. Then again looked up, directed towards Chandni, who was already nervous. 

“I will but when we will be alone” Kabir said, looking at Chandni. Chandni's cheeks turned red, she bit her lower lip to control her smile. Naian smiled widely, seeing her blush.

All family members gathered around them. Both Kabir and Chandni stood up and looked at each other with love. 

“Ceremony starts karte h” the priest said. Everyone turned to Chandni and Kabir. Kabir held the ring from the plate and slid it into her ring finger slowly, carefully. Everyone clapped.

Naina went near Chandni and forwards the plate. Chandni shyly held the ring and slid it into his ring finger, her hands fluttering in nervousness. Everyone clapped. Their family hugged each other. Now they officially become each other.

Another side,

Arjun sat in his room, on a king sized bed. Sat like a king who owns the world. Holding a tab in his hands and his eyes fixed over the screen.

His eyes were fixed on the screen because on that small screen he could see Chandni’s entire house. Yes, in just one night, he had cameras installed throughout Chandni’s home… and for him, it wasn’t a big deal at all. He was noticing every single detail.

How effortlessly Chandni smiled at that kabir. And that kabir gave a compliment to her. His blood boiled badly. His eyes about to spill out from his body.He wanted to shred Kabir into at this point. 

But all he did was nothing, just for now nothing. He slowly rubbed his temples, eyes stuck over her, only her. Her smile, her eyes, her hair, her body everything attracted him. 

“Laugh as you want meri chandni. Now I can't wait to meet you. Be ready baby girl” He whispered but it was heavier than any words.

Chandni and Kabir sat together, talking about random things but suddenly, Kabir leaned to her ears, without noticing He whispered “let's go to your room”. Her eyes widened hearing his words, her heart began to pound, eyes lowered while blushing. Kabir smiled seeing her reaction but he stood up and moved inside.

After a min, Chandni also stood up and directly moved towards his direction, her steps were slow and nervous. 

Chandni entered the room, away from music, laughter and guests. She locked the door, offcourse for privacy. Kabir stood in the middle of the room, looking at her deeply, admiring her beauty.

Chandni stepped near him, her gaze lowered. Kabir bent his head to her level and made her look up. Their eyes met, an electrical current flew in their bodies. Silence covered all the attention 

“Can.. Can I hug you, Chandni?” he asked, shaking voice nervously. Her heart was pounding more. But she nodded, just simply nodded and that was enough for him. 

He decreased the distance between them and hugged her,not tightly,not in the way that made her uncomfortable.Her eyes shut. She wanted to feel him more and more. She wrapped her hands around his waist and pressed her body against him.

Arjun was watching her every moment, her laughter with him, her blush, her shyness for him but he controlled.He did not blink,not even once. His fist clenched more tightly, jaw sharped, nerves popped out from his hand.

But then he moved to Kabir, who bent to her ears, just inches away from her face , the face who only belonged to Arjun. He whispered something in her ears that made her shut her eyes, blushing more and like that He stood up and moved inside.

Arjun knew what would happen next but he wanted to confirm it by her actions and she did. She stood up in just one minute and moved inside and that’s enough for him to lose his control.

In one swipe he threw the tab directly. It crashed into the wall and landed on the floor, broken with black screen.Without saying anything he stood up, directed to the washroom.

He lets the cold water shower down on him, his hands resting on the wall and face lowered, water dripping from his hair, his lips slightly parted.He wanted to calm the fire of anger burning inside him.

His close eyes made her image near him, just inches away from her. His chest was rising and falling fastly, he wanted to remove all those memories from her life with that kabir, now, right.

But he had to quit just for tonight because tomorrow his real plan began. The plan was so perfect that failure was beyond imagination. 

“You did enough to raise my anger now it's my turn, meri Chandni,”he mummered, eyes opened with one swipe.

Suddenly he heard a voice from outside, outside the washroom’s door.someone was yelling his name loudly enough to make his blood boil more.

“Came outside with your hell face, you devil, heartless man” A man's voice came from outside, it was not serious, it was teasing, irritating for him.
